EXHIBITS AND FACILITIES
The museum hosts dispalys from early Trintiy County days including mining, farming and ranching, transportation, native Americans and local Chinese history Collection of rare firearms that were the core of the first artifacts that have grown into the Jake Jackson Museum. Docents give tours to numerous school groups from late winter into early summer. This year, we hosted a large student group from China.
The museum Gift Store offers hisoritcal artifacts, paintings, books and educational toys. The History Center offers historical researchers and geneologists a huge number of photos and documents. Paymaster Mine Two Stamp Mill replica houses the only working steam stamp mill on the west coast.
Cabin lived in by one of many ditch tenders for the La Grange mine. The Blacksmith Shop provides tools and instruction for blacksmiths of every degree of experdise. These are examples of numerous outdoor exhibits around the museum.
    This structure houses a collection of rollling stock and will soon double in size.
